On most service websites we work on, the majority of visits come from phones, yet many sites are still designed for desktop first and squeezed down, leaving tiny buttons and crowded text.
Practical principles
- Call and WhatsApp buttons always within thumb reach.
- Body text of at least 16px with generous line spacing.
- Tap targets large enough and well spaced.
- A simple menu with only the key links.
- Short forms: a name and phone number are usually enough.
